For Your Visit

  • All services include complimentary refreshments

  • For your convenience, we provide robes, slippers and lockers for personal items

  • Products used during treatments are available for purchase

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Gratuities are not included in the pricing

When Booking Your Service

  • For your comfort, you may wear a bathing suit during most spa treatments

  • When booking a service, please inform us if you have significant health issues or if you may be pregnant

  • VISA or Mastercard will be required to hold all spa appointments & packages that are 3 or more hours in duration as well as all wedding parties

  • Please note: All treatment times are approximate

  • Cancellation Policy

    In the event the client needs to cancel, they must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the price of the service to be automatically billed to the credit card. Please note that substitutions are not possible for any of our spa packages and all services must be performed the same day.

  • Return Policy

    We take pride in our reputation for quality products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • Gift Cards

    As a way to make the gesture of gift-giving a little easier we offer convenient Gift Cards. Each card can be made in the denomination of your choice and is applicable toward any salon or spa package or service. * Please note that Vincent Salon & Spa is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization.
